About the Role: T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs. Supervision Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth supervision sessions. Complete monthly in-person client visits. Collaborate with parents and caregivers. Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Monitor client progress and treatment implementation. Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Possess strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Qualifications: BCaBA Requirements: Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Active LARA License.
