BCBA Responsibilities Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis. Develop and supervise treatment plans incorporating assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices that promote engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes. Provide parent training and case supervision. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) to ensure treatment integrity. Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to support continuity of care. Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
