Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for fostering student independence and development
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse needs and learning styles

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students based on IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop effective intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Deliver interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Consult with educational staff to implement accommodations within the classroom
