Enjoy competitive benefits and a supportive workplace where your contributions truly matter!Position Overview:ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provide direct high-quality care in a primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Physicians deliver comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to a diverse population of patients.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and conditions.Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and safety, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other healthcare providers.Collaborate/supervise and mentor mid-level providers and students as needed.Support collaborative, multidisciplinary care with clinicians, behavior health providers and other team members.Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.Provide ongoing follow-up, continuity care and chronic disease management.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.Ideal Candidates Will Have:Board Certified or Board EligibleGraduated from an accredited school of medicine.Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio with good standingCurrent DEA certificateCompletion of accredited residency program.Valid Ohio driver's licenseCurrent BLS CertificationExpectations:Uphold One Health Ohio's core values and policies.Communicate openly with supervisors and colleagues.Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions.Exhibit flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing tasks.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.Communication skills using the spoken wordAbility to see and hear within normal range.Ready to Make a Difference?If you're passionate about patient care and want to join a dedicated team that values your expertise, we'd love to hear from you!
