Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health qualification, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
