Customer Service Representative

Job Details Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 hourly Shift: Full Time, 2:00PM – 10:00PM Responsibilities Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel comfortable and welcomed. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check in members, provide tours of the club, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be punctual and reliable. Customer service experience preferred. Continual standing, walking, speaking to members and on the phone during the shift. Must be able to lift 45 pounds. Benefits Set schedule.
