Recruiter

Position Responsibilities Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, customer service, office, and sales teams. Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan. Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office. Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events, and field locations. Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM, and all positions are on‑site. Uline is a drug‑free workplace; all new hires must complete a pre‑employment hair follicle drug screening.
