Job Summary Full‑cycle Recruiter (Remote) for Ryder’s Supply Chain Solutions division. Your role is to source, attract, and hire high‑impact leaders for entry, mid‑level, managerial, technical, and professional positions. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders to identify and secure top talent. Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers. Maintain relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, HR, and business partners to meet service levels. Analyze staffing needs and staffing issues of moderate scope, exercising judgment within established procedures. Ensure compliance with all legal recruiting requirements. Promote Ryder as an employer of choice and contribute to organizational projects and goals. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Four (4) or more years of recruiting experience. Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or related industry preferred. DOT regulated status required. Skills & Abilities Business perspective and strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization. Independence and teamwork, with a self‑driven approach in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong follow‑up practices. Compensation Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year. Compensation may include an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan.
