The Call Center Manager oversees a large team of 30+ agents, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality customer service. This role involves direct reporting to senior management and requires strong leadership to drive team performance and implement process improvements within the call center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a large call center team of 30+ agents
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics
- Design and deliver training and development programs
- Create effective work schedules to maximize productivity
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
- Manage conflicts and resolve escalated issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Oversee budget management for the call center
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in call center management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
