The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.Responsibilities:- Partner with Category leadership to identify and prioritize the highest-potential sellers to join TikTok Shop, and lead the business development process end to end- Generate, curate, and continually advance a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, readiness for platform, creators, and customers, and ability to execute content commerce, and deliver on BD goals to grow the category- Deeply understand the TikTok category space and target brands, and conceptualize effective pitch materials and processes to deliver the right outcomes with brands- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to help brands navigate onboarding & integration, and optimize the process so that your BD pipeline progresses at speed, and delivers growth for the sellers- Develop reporting, analysis, and measurement that monitors and optimizes seller onboarding- Collaborate and partner with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and drive seller acquisition resultsMinimum Qualifications:- 3+ years experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales for retailer, marketplace, or ecommerce platform- Experience working with consumable brands and sellers or equivalent experience- Experience engaging with and influencing executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiating the right BD outcomes- Experience managing a scalable process to meet monthly and quarterly OKR, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growthPreferred Qualifications:- Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
