Administrative Support Associate - Journey

East Carolina University

Position Administrative Support Associate – Journey (Ross Hall, Greenville, NC) Job Duties Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Dental Education and Informatics, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel. Serve as the main point of contact for external partners and support ongoing projects. Manage and update curriculum maps and enter current and past curriculum data into XComP for benchmarking and reporting. Update faculty profiles within Faculty 180 based on performance reports. Act as Banner ID coordinator for ECU SODM, liaising with ITCS on Banner ID matters. Collaborate with Student Affairs and Human Resources to keep personnel data up-to-date. Requirements Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent, or demonstrated possession of required competencies. Experience in a healthcare setting. Experience working with OS X and Mac applications.
