Junior Sales Representative

Retrēv is seeking a motivated and professional Junior Sales Representative to support business development through prospecting, outreach, lead follow-up, pipeline management, and relationship building. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who is organized, coachable, comfortable communicating with new contacts, and interested in growing within sales and business development. The role works closely with the Sales Manager to support prospective firm relationships and help move opportunities through the sales process. Location: Pensacola, FL Work Arrangement: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Reports To: Sales Manager Responsibilities Identify prospective firms, referral sources, and new business opportunities. Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved communication channels. Follow up with prospects and help coordinate calls, meetings, and next steps. Research firms, attorneys, and market opportunities to support targeted outreach. Maintain accurate CRM records, including contact information, activity, notes, follow-up tasks, and opportunity stages. Assist with pipeline tracking, sales reporting, and outreach workflows. Support the Sales Manager with prospect research, meeting preparation, and post‑meeting follow‑up. Communicate professionally with prospective firms and assist in explaining Retrēv’s services and processes. Coordinate relevant prospect information with internal departments and support handoffs to onboarding or operational teams. Participate in sales training, coaching, team meetings, and role‑play exercises. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, client support, administrative support, legal support, or another communication-focused role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and communicating with new contacts. Strong organization, follow‑up, and time‑management skills. Professional, positive, and coachable attitude. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Willingness to learn sales processes, relationship management, and business development strategy. Preferred Qualifications Experience in legal support, records retrieval, healthcare support, BPO services, customer service, or inside sales. Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, lead follow‑up, or client communication. Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM is preferred.
