Role Description This full-time, on-site Door to Door Sales Representative role is based in Pensacola, FL. The role involves engaging potential customers at their homes, presenting Fox Pest Control’s services, and clearly explaining the benefits and pricing options. The representative will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and agreements. Daily tasks include canvassing assigned neighborhoods, answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and coordinating with the local service team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The position also includes attending regular trainings, team meetings, and performance check-ins to support ongoing skill development and success. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and active listening. Proven Sales skills with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals. Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and Training to support team goals and continuous improvement. Comfort working with diverse customers; background in customer-facing industries such as the Beauty Industry or similar service sectors is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with the ability to work outdoors and on foot for extended periods. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the capacity to work independently while following company guidelines. Basic proficiency with mobile devices and CRM or sales tracking tools. High school diploma or equivalent; prior door-to-door or field sales experience is preferred but not required.
