• Administer hands-on nursing care, which includes conducting assessments, managing medication, performing wound care, and delivering IV therapy.
• Support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans that prioritize safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Coordinate rehabilitation services and provide education to residents and their families.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or complex clinical care is a plus.
