About The Role At Questco, the Benefits Specialist position is a vital role to our organization, as it involves managing and administering our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of benefits regulations and procedures. What You'll Work On Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and worksite employees, providing expert advice and support. Compliance and Risk Management: Staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Data Management and Analysis: Ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and conducting audits to identify trends and potential issues. Process Management: Overseeing and optimizing key benefit processes, such as Open Enrollment, claims resolution, and eligibility verification. Benefits Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of benefits regulations, plans, and procedures to effectively guide and assist clients and employees. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related role, with a strong understanding of benefit plans and benefits compliance principles and practices. MS Office Suite experience needed, including MS Excel. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly PrismHR, strongly preferred. Prior PEO experience preferred, preferably in Benefits. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
