Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and deliver effective solutions for homeowners. Clearly explain findings and recommend repair or replacement options. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and complete accurate service documentation. What We're Looking For Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required. 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required. Compensation Compensation starts at $40+ per hour and is based on experience, licensing, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional earnings may include overtime, performance incentives, and bonuses.
