Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team!

Job Description:

- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
- Patient Ratios: 6:1 for ER holding
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Acute Care / MS Tele
- Responsibilities:
- Care for patients admitted and waiting in the ED for bed availability, possibly in designated areas or hallways
- If no patients are being boarded, may assist in an acute care area (this should be rare)
- Schedule: Every other weekend and some holidays
- Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- Flexibility:
- Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs
- Open to accommodating block schedules
- Licensure:
- Must have TN license or compact in hand at time of submittal
- Charting System: Experience with Cerner is required
- References:
- 2 references required (can be pending at time of submittal)
- Guaranteed Hours: 91 contract weeks
- Other Details:
- Modules are non-billable (2-4 hours) and completed during orientation and annually
- Recorded by Nurse Educator onsite
- Local candidates accepted at same rate
