You’ll collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service and create lasting partnerships. What You’ll Do: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the local market. Conduct on-site visits and implement strategic, client-specific solutions. Drive market presence through inside phone sales, outside cold‑calling, networking, and proposals. Research client needs and present tailored PeopleShare solutions. Cultivate relationships with decision‑makers using creative sales strategies. Consistently exceed KPIs and revenue goals. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience. Strong consultative selling skills and comfort with cold‑calling. Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strategic partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
