Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you'll bring:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in delivering occupational therapy services for pediatric populations
  • Adaptability to provide therapy in-person, through teletherapy, and in home health environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

In this role, you will:

  • Assess students to identify their functional needs within educational contexts
  • Design and implement therapy sessions focused on enhancing participation, independence, and academic achievement
  • Provide services both onsite at school locations, in students’ homes, and remotely through teletherapy platforms
  • Document progress, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions to ensure measurable impact
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and educational teams to maximize carryover of targeted skills into classrooms and daily routines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education opportunities in OT and telehealth
