What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Manager , you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations while helping shape the future of the facility through process improvements, workforce development, and operational excellence initiatives. You’ll: Lead and support production teams across manufacturing operations Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance Manage production planning, staffing, workflow, and equipment utilization Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality teams Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Coach, develop, and mentor team members and frontline leadership Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, material flow, and manufacturing capabilities Support innovation, new technologies, and operational growth initiatives Use data, KPIs, and operational metrics to make informed business decisions Help create a culture where communication, accountability, and teamwork matter Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a leader who combines operational expertise with strong people leadership. Preferred Background Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience Manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment Experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce planning Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience strongly preferred Experience leading teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives ERP system experience and strong analytical capabilities What Will Make You Successful Strong floor presence and hands‑on operational mindset Ability to lead with humility, accountability, and integrity Comfortable making decisions in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment Skilled communicator who can build trust across all levels of the organization Passion for developing people and improving processes Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operational execution Why Join Pyrotek?
