TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/24/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel UNIT: Observation Minimum Experience: 3 years. 1 travel assignment REQUIRED Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS. ACLS required Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance Charting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED. Unit Information: 8 bed unit- 2 RNs on each shift 1:4 patient ratio Background in observation units, or step-down MS/Tele units. Ability to read and interpret strips is required. Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance. Observation unit. Anemia, Cellulitis, COPD, CHF, Dehydration, pre -op, Urology and GI, Drips (Drips include, but not limited to: Cardiac Cardizem, Nitro ,Insulin, Heparin) Average stay up to 48 hrs.
