Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Pediatric Critical Care (Float) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in PICU, NICU, and CICU.
• Float to North and South Campuses and other acute care floors as needed.
• Perform 1:1 patient observation assignments as required.
• Ensure adherence to facility scheduling requirements, working every third weekend.
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Uphold compliance with healthcare procedures and protocols.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Colorado RN License mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric critical care experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Must have BLS, PALS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Previous float team experience preferred; ICU experience mandatory.
• Willingness to float across multiple critical care units.
