Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Iowa, LA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Louisiana SLP license (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• School-based and/or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work on-site; full-time and part-time options available
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals and federal/state guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to improve student outcomes
