Marketing Specialist I

Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Marketing Specialist I to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday or evening hours may be required as part of events or campaign support. The expected pay is $19.00 per hour, DOE. Job Description Works with the Director of Marketing to recommend, develop, and promote strategies, campaigns and materials. Develops and updates content for the credit union's member facing website, internal intranet and social media platforms. Handles Social Media & Community Engagement. Assists in the planning and management of Beehive events. Conducts market research. Will actively engage in needs-based selling. Qualifications High school graduation or GED required. 2-4 years of similar or related experience. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media experience in social media content creation and community engagement. Basic to intermediate graphic design skills. experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus. Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot. Physical Requirements Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, government regulations, general financial reports and compliance documents. Working Conditions Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet, or warm conditions.
