As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub for our field operations, ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and our external subcontractor network. You will play a vital role in maintaining high service standards by managing work orders, tracking real-time status updates, and expanding our network of qualified service providers to meet growing demand. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service requests, from initial work order issuance to final documentation collection. Coordinate with subcontractors to confirm availability, secure accurate ETAs, and ensure all site requirements are clearly understood. Maintain high data integrity within our dispatch software to provide real-time visibility into active service requests. Drive operational efficiency by auditing service reports, photos, and invoices to ensure compliance before billing. Proactively source and onboard new subcontractors to strengthen our service coverage in key markets. Resolve time-sensitive service escalations and manage urgent requests to ensure customer satisfaction and operational continuity. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in service coordination, dispatching, or vendor management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional relationship building. Strong proficiency in dispatching software, CRM tools, and spreadsheet management. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Meticulous attention to detail regarding documentation and record-keeping. Preferred Skills Experience with subcontractor onboarding, including insurance and compliance verification. Demonstrated success in vendor sourcing and market expansion. Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented during high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
