Job Opportunity
Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch. Extreme independence and ownership of product direction. Raise the bar of Foresight Health's company culture and performance.
Hands-on senior IC who's built products that got real traction or scaled meaningful systems. Full-stack depth across backend, databases, security, and ideally infrastructure (AWS is a plus). Comfortable deploying LLMs in production: testing, diagnostics, and continuous monitoring. Lives to build: side projects, open-source, startups. We value humility, hunger, and intelligence.
Significant equity and product ownership. Complete dedication to our mission of eliminating preventable conditions. The fastest-pace, no BS team you'll ever work at. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Compensation: $180K–$300K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment.
Process: 30-minute call with founder. 30-minute technical deep dive. Take-home project or in-person work trial.
