ServiceNow ITOM Engineer

The ServiceNow Automation Engineer will design and implement a ServiceNow Service Catalog workflow that automates Dynatrace OneAgent deployment across Windows, Linux, and AIX environments. This role will leverage existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data, coordinate CI validation activities, apply application-specific tagging standards, integrate change management processes, and support automated deployment execution. Onsite: Remote EST Note : This is a W2 only role - C2C, C2H will not be considered Responsibilities:

• Use existing CMDB information to identify Configuration Item (CI) relationships to applications and environments.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog workflows for Dynatrace OneAgent onboarding and deployment.
• Partner with application support teams to validate CIs and ensure adherence to validation SLAs.
• Define tagging requirements for each CI using established CI naming standards.
• Create and maintain CI tag files and store them on designated network shares.
• Integrate deployment workflows with enterprise change management processes.
• Execute and support OneAgent deployment scripting activities across Windows, Linux, and AIX environments.
• Coordinate with the Dynatrace support team for application dashboard creation activities.
• Update CI custom fields to track Dynatrace OneAgent deployment status and reporting.

• Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and CI validation processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow MID Server deployments.
• Experience with automation and scripting in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems.
• Experience integrating technical solutions with change management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
