Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – CBT Focus
Location: Great Neck, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150,000–$180,000+ annually

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a leading private-pay practice specializing in OCD, anxiety disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and related conditions . This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy
- Treat patients with OCD, anxiety, BDD, mood disorders, and related conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment planning
- Participate in outpatient and specialty IOP programs
- Deliver community-based ERP when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active New York LCSW license
- Strong foundation in CBT
- Interest in OCD and anxiety treatment
- ERP experience is a plus (training provided)
