Description We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
• Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
• Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing tasks.
• Time management skills that allow for efficient handling of daily responsibilities.
• Personal assistant experience is beneficial for calendar management and supporting executive staff as needed.
