Patient Services Coordinator — Hospital Unit

Northwestern Memorial Healthcare

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Unit Secretary to greet patients and coordinate information flow at the nurses’ station. You will support physicians, nurses and staff to ensure smooth patient care and timely communication. The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment.
