About the Position

Job Opportunity – Operating Room Circulator RN – San Antonio, Texas

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time rotating schedule including weeknight and weekend call coverage (minimum one night weekly, one weekend per 5-week schedule). Call shifts rotate 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Wednesday through Friday, with 1–2 rotating weekend call shifts.

Highlights:

• Work in a 5-operating room surgical suite within a Level 1 trauma facility
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of surgical RNs, surgical techs, and support staff
• 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, quality patient care
• Exposure to diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures
• EMR: Meditech platform
• Standard OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy, and positioning equipment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state licensure
• Current Operating Room circulator experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Ability to fulfill rotating on-call requirements, including weeknight and weekend shifts
• Preferred experience in orthopedic, general, gynecologic, robotic, urologic, vascular, cardiovascular, neurologic, or thoracic surgery
