Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the housekeeping/laundry/breakfast team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff/breakfast attendants/laundry attendants to improve performance.
Train and develop into next level management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality a must.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Management experience preferred.
