Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards. Oversee labor management, productivity, quality control, and safety measures within the Operations Department. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Identify and implement improvements to operational procedures, information flow, and business processes. Lead, train, coach, and develop team members, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Plan, assign, and direct work while conducting performance appraisals and addressing performance issues. Promote employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through effective leadership and recognition programs. Collaborate with the director to organize and manage the company budget. Ensure the successful execution and delivery of company services and products to customers, maintaining established quality standards. Stay current with industry best practices and apply extensive experience and judgment to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising, training, and developing employees. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with operational concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
