Quoting & Purchasing SpecialistGCG is continuing to grow a specialized team focused on supporting data center customers and partners as they plan, source, and deploy critical infrastructure! To support those efforts, we're currently seeking a Quoting & Purchasing Specialist to play a key role in the quoting and purchasing processes for cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies, and related infrastructure solutions.As our Quoting & Purchasing Specialist, you'll review customer RFQ packages, interpret technical documentation, coordinate costing inputs, confirm quantities and material requirements, and prepare quote information for final Engineering review and customer submittal. When quotes have been finalized and approved, you will work with our suppliers to purchase the materials needed, identifying best materials options based on quality, price, and lead time to ensure swift production that supports customer satisfaction.You will work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and technical customer contacts to help ensure quote packages are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements.This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, comfortable working with drawings and specifications, and able to manage multiple quoting priorities in a fast-moving environment.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from our headquarters office located at 8550 W.
