Physical Therapist - Full-time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Previous orthopedic and/or sports experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Advanced certification or training preferred (OCS, SCS, CHT, or similar).
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Willingness to work in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine environment that treats all ages including pediatric cases.

Role Details and Practice Highlights:

• Outpatient orthopedic setting in Mill Valley, CA.
• One-on-one PT patient care with state-of-the-art orthopedic facilities.
• 45-minute treatment times; typical 8-hour day sees approximately 10 patients.
• Opportunities to specialize in TMD, vestibular rehab, advanced manual techniques, sport-specific therapy, adolescent sports rehab, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
• Autonomy to work closely with each patient and exercise your treatment style
