Hands-On Commercial Property Manager (Owner-Operator)

Mon Ami Real Estate in Chicago, IL seeks a hands-on Commercial Property Manager to own daily operations of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. You’ll manage rent collection, CAM, budgeting, and tenant relations, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity across properties. You’ll lead renewals, coordinate tenant improvements, and assist in dispositions while traveling across the portfolio.
