Pediatric Physical Therapist - Albany County

Pediatric Physical Therapist Location: Albany, NY Schedule: Part-Time, Fee for Service or Full-time Potential Compensation: $90/hour (or as rate determined by caseload) Responsibilities Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload. Work with early intervention and/or preschool children. Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations. Communicate ongoing with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Keep accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain a schedule with assigned families/school personnel. Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
