Job Description
Shift: 06:00am-02:00pm

Description:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse at client performs advanced vocational nursing work.
Provides for the care, treatment, and general welfare of individuals residing at the client who have intellectual disabilities, complex medical, mental health and/or behavioral health issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry - Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, and Directives and client Standards, Rules and Directives.

Requirements:

Must possess valid LVN license.
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must comply with client immunization requirements.
Must submit to client required drug test.
Must submit to client required fingerprinting.
Must complete facility and client required training.
