Phlebotomist Specialist-Client Office

Work Schedule 37.5 hours weekly. Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break; Friday 8:00 am–2:00 pm with no lunch; Saturdays may be included as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments as required. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program. Three (3) years or more experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years or more of phlebotomy experience. Three (3) years or more of OBGYN experience. Three (3) years or more of strong venipuncture experience within a fast‑paced environment. Additional Job Standards Phlebotomy certification or training program must be from an accredited agency. Proven track record of exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
