What you’ll do: Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact, greeting in‑office visitors and answering inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Appointment Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage all client appointments, acting as a gatekeeper for the attorney’s calendar. Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to Aurelio Garza and serves as the primary gatekeeper for his calendar and client intake flow. Intake Management: Complete and qualify all client intakes with accuracy, aligning them with the firm’s practice areas and referring non‑fits appropriately. Review Solicitation: Proactively seek Google reviews from clients to enhance firm visibility and reputation. Reliable Front Desk Presence: Ensure dependable on‑site coverage beginning at 8:00 a.m. to maintain high service standards. Solution‑Focused Approach: Address challenges proactively, maintaining a ‘no excuses—get the job done’ attitude. Culture Fit: You are thick‑skinned, highly accountable, and comfortable working with a direct, high‑standard leadership style (military‑background expectations: punctuality, precision, and follow‑through).
