Janitorial Associate

Palmer Logistics is looking for a skilled Janitorial Associate to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in a fast-paced setting. This position plays a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring that facilities, workspaces, and common areas are consistently clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Pay Rate $16.50 - $17.50 per hour depending on experience and equipment knowledge. Key Responsibilities Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as necessary. Gather and empty trash receptacles. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Assist warehouse in cleaning/dusting racks, mopping warehouse lines, and maintaining parking lot free from debris (if applicable). Dust furniture, walls and equipment (if applicable). Trim and maintain shrubbery using mowers and hand trimmers (if applicable). Clean and polish furniture. Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors. Follow procedures for the use of equipment, utensils and chemical cleaners as required. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (if applicable). Update cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Qualifications Must have 2-3 years of sanitation experience. Flexible work schedule: must be able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, adjust the body to bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, and grab. High school diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
