Asset Protection Security Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, and guidelines. Familiar with environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff. Monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety, food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency evacuation plans. Accesses organizational resources to address business‑specific health and safety hazards. Supports the implementation of relevant industry‑specific and OSHA guidelines. Highlights business risks associated with employee health and safety issues to facility management. Addresses employee health and safety issues within assigned scope of responsibility. Maintains a directory of emergency response personnel and summons emergency services as necessary. Conducts compliance safety and food safety audits, reviews, and daily audits of buildings. Creates audit reports and acts as a liaison for workers’ compensation issues, obtaining necessary records and analyzing claims. Partnership Collaboration Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and stakeholder management tools. Owns delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others. Supports process updates and changes. Solves simple business issues and demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit. Data and Digital Literacy Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools, and existing and upcoming digital applications and systems. Gathers and interprets data in a digital environment, analyzes and creates reports using existing models and templates. Suggests tasks that can be automated using technology, including robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and cloud‑based applications. EHS Training Delivery Possesses knowledge of training methodologies, content development, and organizational training lifecycles. Supports activities of instructors or learning facilitators in training programs. Manages systematic approaches to solicit feedback from training participants. Utilizes training lifecycles and methodologies to support training initiatives and maintains repositories of benchmarks and best practices. Explains relevant processes and procedures to contractors. Operational Excellence Possesses knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, SOPs, and One Best Way (OBW) processes. Explains operational functions, key roles, and interdependence of support and line functions. Clarifies departmental roles and relevance to enterprise strategy. Finds and reads SOP and OBW information. Lists common tasks and activities performed by operations functions and subfunctions. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year’s work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
