About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President to lead the commercial business unit focused on healthcare digital media and audience solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy, defining the market, and shaping the initial solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in healthcare media, pharmaceutical marketing, digital advertising, or related fields, who can transform an early concept into a scalable, revenue-generating business. Key responsibilities include establishing client relationships, building the commercial model, and developing the team and operating structure for long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and commercializing business units, strong relationships across the healthcare industry, and the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' senior leadership experience in relevant sectors, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree beneficial), and a demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise sales. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of digital audience activation, media buying, campaign measurement, and data-driven marketing, as well as the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value. Financial fluency and experience in leading cross-functional teams are essential. The Senior Vice President will be the senior business owner for the venture, with a focus on growth, financial performance, client satisfaction, and organizational development.
