Contract | Evening Shift (3x12 Hours, 15:00–03:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a Level II Trauma Center at a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:2
• Utilize experience with CV surgery, trauma, ventilators, chest tubes, CVLs, EVDs, and neurosurgery patients
• Perform and interpret laboratory findings to support clinical decision-making
• Float between units as needed, including potential float to nearby sister facilities
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Seasoned travel nurse experience required
• Weekend availability required (6 weekend shifts per contract period based on unit needs)
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under separate terms)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiovascular surgery and neurosurgery patient populations
• Proficiency with external ventricular drains (EVDs) and chest tube management
• Prior experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
