This role is centered around providing expert pre-sales support for ServiceNow solutions. You will engage with potential clients, helping them recognize how ServiceNow can optimize their operations and meet their needs. This position enables you to directly impact client success through tailored demonstrations and solutions, all within a flexible, fully remote setup.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and applications
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architect role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts and practices
