Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Overview Provides excellent services to post‑offer/onboarding individuals, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Responsible for ensuring forms are signed, appointments scheduled, and regular contact is maintained. Manages multiple individuals at various steps, supports in‑person orientation, resolves issues, and takes on routine duties as time allows. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure completion of required paperwork and scheduling. Coordinate in‑person orientation sessions. Collaborate with team members to resolve onboarding challenges. Support other routine responsibilities as availability permits. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with Workday and other HR systems. Experience in HR, payroll, or finance. PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $19.37 – $28.09 per hour, based on experience. Primary Work Shift: Day, 40 hours per week.
