- Experience in the printing industry (newspaper, Staples, Minuteman Press, etc)
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle complex customer escalations with tact and professionalism.
- Cash handling and inventory management.
- Interact with and oversee shipping couriers, various vendors and other community partners.
- Must have 2+ Years in retail operations, print production, retail production, retail shipping, freight brokering or management .
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to become a Certified Notary , if not already certified.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Fiery, Trello, POS, Shipping Software, HubSpot, Freight Portals.
- Led by example to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Oversee the entire production cycle , estimating, file prep, proofing, finishing and fulfillment.
- Assist in scaling capabilities for a wide format offering. (stickers, vinyl's, on Roland VG3)
Some training will be provided.
