The ideal candidate will:

Experience in the printing industry (newspaper, Staples, Minuteman Press, etc)
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Handle complex customer escalations with tact and professionalism.
Cash handling and inventory management.
Interact with and oversee shipping couriers, various vendors and other community partners.
Must have 2+ Years in retail operations, print production, retail production, retail shipping, freight brokering or management .
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50lbs.
Must be able to become a Certified Notary , if not already certified.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Fiery, Trello, POS, Shipping Software, HubSpot, Freight Portals.
Led by example to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
Oversee the entire production cycle , estimating, file prep, proofing, finishing and fulfillment.
Assist in scaling capabilities for a wide format offering. (stickers, vinyl's, on Roland VG3)

Some training will be provided.
