Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Start Date: Immediate / As soon as credentialed

Duration: Ongoing full-time position

Shift: Typically 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Michigan RN license, ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification required

Experience: No recent graduates or lapsed certification candidates

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and formulate individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care across diverse outpatient surgical specialties
• Monitor patient during procedures, promptly manage anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery and pain management services
• Document all care activities accurately in accordance with hospital policies
• Collaborate harmoniously with surgeons and anesthesia team members
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed, supporting flexible staffing needs

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience or relevant clinical training
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient surgery centers or ambulatory settings
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
