CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer

We're looking for an experienced professional to program, set up, and operate Citizen and Star Swiss-style CNC machines while producing high-quality components with extremely tight tolerances. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $42-$50 per hour What You'll Do
- Program, set up, and run Citizen and Star Swiss CNC lathes
- Create and modify programs offline using Esprit CAM software
- Operate and monitor 2-3 machines simultaneously
- Manufacture precision components ranging from .032"diameter while holding tolerances as tight as ±.0002"
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maximize efficiency and quality
- Maintain production standards in a fast-paced, high-precision environment
- Hands-on experience programming and operating Citizen and Star Swiss CNC machines
- Strong proficiency with Esprit CAM software
- Ability to independently set up and run multiple machines
- Strong blueprint-reading and GD&T interpretation skills/
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools
- Proven ability to maintain extremely tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
