CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer

Are you an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment?

We're looking for an experienced professional to program, set up, and operate Citizen and Star Swiss-style CNC machines while producing high-quality components with extremely tight tolerances.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $42-$50 per hour

What You'll Do

Program, set up, and run Citizen and Star Swiss CNC lathes
Create and modify programs offline using Esprit CAM software
Operate and monitor 2-3 machines simultaneously
Manufacture precision components ranging from .032"diameter while holding tolerances as tight as ±.0002"
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maximize efficiency and quality
Maintain production standards in a fast-paced, high-precision environment

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience programming and operating Citizen and Star Swiss CNC machines
Strong proficiency with Esprit CAM software
Ability to independently set up and run multiple machines
Strong blueprint-reading and GD&T interpretation skills/
Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision inspection tools
Proven ability to maintain extremely tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
