Job Overview A seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients and support their families. RBTs will work in clients' homes or community-based locations, starting as part‑time and requiring a minimum 6‑month commitment. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions. Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of the clinical team. Record session data accurately with electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and engage families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RBT certification required prior to hire. Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with autism. Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations. Additional Information All positions begin part‑time. Roles will be based in clients’ homes or community locations. Experience in education, early childhood development, teaching assistance, instructional roles, after‑school programs, behavioral/mental health, or ABA therapy is a plus.
